Amazing and friendly staff made us feel welcomed.

During my stay, the lack of communication was frustrating. The hot water ran out, and I had to wait for a notice under my door. Additionally, the shower lever was broken, causing significant inconvenience. I also faced issues with the day pass information. the pricing was misleading, and my family member was denied entry due to a misplaced band, which was never clearly explained to us.

The location offers stunning views and a cozy atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxation. While the food varied in quality, some meals were excellent and well-prepared. However, I did experience delays in receiving clean towels, which is an area for improvement.

I recently enjoyed a stay at the Royal Decameron Montego Bay. The beautiful beach view captivated me, and the entertainment staff brought joy to my days. While some amenities felt dated, the warm service made up for it. I left feeling relaxed and welcomed.

Had an awesome time with my group of friends! We loved the activities like dance lessons and kayaking. There was plenty of local food to enjoy too. Just a tip, the shower temperature can be tricky, but overall, it was a great getaway.

The variety of authentic Jamaican food was a highlight, especially the jerk chicken and fresh-baked scones. However, the WiFi could be pricey and only available for an extra cost, which felt a bit outdated. Additionally, while the majority of the staff were friendly, a few seemed rushed during busy times, slightly affecting the service quality.
